I'm just recently getting into cycling and wasn't happy with the shorts I was using. Friends recommended She Beest. I am much more comfortable in the saddle and able to ride longer.

Apple Sized Woman Who Rides

I LOVE these shorts! I'm an avid road cyclist and mountain biker but always pass on bike shorts because of my round tummy. It is what it is, I can ride a century but I have an apple shaped body. These shorts are so comfortable. I'm 5'2", 167lbs and wear a size 14. I might have been able to drop to a L but purchased an XL. They are a little big in the bum area but not snug on my belly at all!
