If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 

Our Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT. Washed or Worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGES! 

REFUND

Ship with our Prepaid Services

You may request a prepaid return label through our return portal, the label is emailed to you the next business day. Please Note: Return shipping fee will be deducted at the time of refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 Ship on Your Own

You may send back the items to us at the address below using any other traceable method at your own expense. Please be sure to include receipt or proof of purchase with the items.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

RETURNING KITS

RETURNING A KIT FOR REFUND;
Shebeest kits are treated as an inseparable pair, a happy couple, made for each other, we could go on. You may return a kit for REFUND, but please note that the entire kit must be returned. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF A PARTIAL KIT FOR REFUND.

RETURNING A KIT FOR STORE CREDIT;
You may return a kit for STORE CREDIT, but please note that the entire kit must be returned. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF A PARTIAL KIT FOR STORE CREDIT.

RETURNING A KIT FOR EXCHANGE;
We understand if your sizing calculations were off. It happens. You may return one piece or your entire kit for EXCHANGE in another size. In submitting your return on our Returns Portal, select your kit for exchange, making sure to also note your new preferred size.

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

Exchange or Store Credit: You may request a prepaid return label through our return portal at no cost. The label is emailed to you immediately. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved: For EXCHANGES, we will initiate a new order and email you the new order number. For STORE CREDIT, you receive an email with a gift card code; which may be redeemed upon check out.

PROCESSING

Processing: Please allow up to two weeks from the date your return arrives at our facility for your return to be processed.

SHIPPING

Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an EXCHANGE the new shipping charges to send the replacement item to you will be FREE. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us at shebeest@leemarcind.com. To ensure delivery of your return package please be sure to keep record of your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International Customers:

We love our International Beests and it is our mission to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase email shebeest@leemarcind.com within 60 days of original purchase to initiate return process. Please remember to make sure you first meet the requirements stated in our Return Policy.

International Refunds:

If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

International Exchanges:

If you choose to exchange an item, please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges to return and receive item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
