If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in the original packaging. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund or exchange. All products returned will be thoroughly inspected. Any items that don’t meet our return policy will be mailed back to you at your own expense. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.
All return requests need to be processed through our portal and the assigned RMA number needs to be included with the return package, failure in doing so might cause a delay in processing your return.
PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGES!
REFUND
Refunds to the original payment method will incur an $8 restocking fee deducted at the time of refund. There’s no restocking fee for store credit. Store Credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card and does not expire. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
If you request an exchange, the new shipping charges to send the replacement item to you will be FREE.
PROCESSING
Please allow up to two weeks from the date your return arrives at our facility for your return to be processed. All products returned will be thoroughly inspected. Any items that don’t meet our return policy will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
SHIPPING
Please note you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return any items back to us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you would like to proceed with an exchange you will be responsible for the new item to be sent back to you.
